Americas Region Financials and Budget Vote

The Board reviewed and approved the financial statements and budget. In addition, the board discussed the line item for dues credits to members. The dues credit will be based on deposits that were paid in advance to secure the venues in Memphis for the Americas Regional Meeting. Members will receive a credit based on the total refunded amount.

The Americas Regional Board recommends the approval of the financials through 3.31.2020 and 2021 Budget (available below), effective from July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021. The Americas Regional budget does not include any increases in member dues for FY 2021. Please refer to the letter for the complete report and motion.
