Fostering a Culture of Client Advisory Relationships for Firm Leaders

Presented by Will Hill, Thomson Reuters

This presentation is intended for Managing Partners and key decision makers.

This session is for firm leaders who want to build a culture of fostering and supporting client advisory relationships. As firms continue their progression to advisory services, they must move from simply offering advisory services to building advisory relationships with their clients. How do you shift gears to get everyone on board into a relationship mindset? Join us in this session as we look at the key pieces you need to shift to advisory relationships. As we look into these pieces we will discuss some real world scenarios and look at how they were handled, and what could have been done differently for an improved outcome. Come ready for peer-to-peer sharing. Participants will earn on hour of CPE credit.
