iLumen Advanced Deep Dive Teleseminar with President & CEO Michael O’Shaughnessey

This session is for firm leaders who oversee data entry and/or analysis of BKR’s annual Member Firm Analysis. Join iLumen President and CEO Michael O’Shaughnessey as he goes beyond data entry to include data collection, aggregation, and analysis capabilities of the iLumen platform. Members will learn how to prepare an array of benchmarking reports, charts, and scatter plots comparing your data year over year, as well as ongoing access to analysis within BKR’s Americas Region. Participants will also review new features of the system that could further enhance the annual survey.
Michael O’Shaughnessey joined iLumen in 2004 and is involved in all aspects of the company’s industry-leading customer solutions and implementation team. He leverages his previous experience as a chief financial officer to create customized training solutions tailored to each customer’s specific needs. Under his leadership, iLumen has significantly grown its franchise and industry association segments. Prior to iLumen, Michael spent 10 years with Bank of America where he played a key role in business lending, selling new services, approving loans and managing a portfolio of companies. He earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Vanderbilt University.
