Anchin, Block & Anchin LLP (New York) Makes Crain’s New York Business' 2019 Best Places to Work in New York City

Published on December 10, 2019

Crain’s New York Business today announced the winners of its annual Best Places to Work in New York City rankings. Anchin, Block & Anchin LLP ranked 18th in the Large Companies category.

This year’s honorees represent world-class organizations that are at the forefront of their respective fields, ranging from companies and firms in consulting, data and digital media, consumer tech, healthcare, public relations, recruiting, real estate, law and financial services.

In partnership with Best Companies Group, Crain’s surveyed more than 20,000 employees across all five boroughs on the types of work atmospheres, leadership styles, opportunities for mentorship and professional growth, traditional benefits and atypical “work perks” that make a company a great place to work.

The ranking of the 100 top employers will appear in the December 9 issue of Crain’s and online at crainsnewyork.com/best-places-work-2019. For the second year in a row, Crain’s divided the winners into three categories representing companies based in New York that are small (25-49 employees), medium (50-99 employees) and large (100+ employees).

In honor of this year’s winners, Crain’s hosted a celebration luncheon to unveil the rankings on Friday, December 6, at The Roosevelt Hotel.

“Congratulations to this year’s Best Places to Work honorees,” said Brendan O’Connor, managing editor of Crain’s New York Business. “New York’s reputation as one of the best places in the world to work and live depends on companies like these, and their success plays a significant role in the city’s continued economic growth.”

Winners were determined by the results of a weighted survey of employees and employers, conducted by Crain’s in partnership with Best Companies Group. This marks the twelfth consecutive year that Crain’s has conducted this research to determine the most desirable companies to work for in New York City. Among the 2019 winners are: Kinnek, Transwestern Commercial Services, Hotwire, Cockroach Labs, Digital Remedy, Bombas, Clune Construction, Salesforce and Conductor Inc.
