Briggs & Veselka Co. (Houston) Named One of Top 25 Best Places to Work Large, Company Category in Houston Business Journal

Briggs & Veselka Co. has been named to the list of Best Places to Work by the Houston Business Journal for the 11th year in a row. The firm was ranked among the top 25 large companies (100-999 employees) and was the only full-service CPA firm recognized in this year’s list.  

“Our firm has grown significantly in the past 18 months, both organically and through a number of acquisitions, so it’s rewarding to know that our culture and dedication to our employees is not only maintained during periods of growth, but celebrated, with the Best Places to Work recognition again this year,” said Sheila Enriquez, managing shareholder of the firm. “I also am pleased to see a number of our clients featured in the list, which reiterates the value of culture,” Enriquez added.

Briggs & Veselka also recently was named as a top 100 U.S. CPA firm by Inside Public Accounting, a leading industry publication, and now is listed as the seventh largest Houston-area accounting firm by Houston Business Journal. In addition, the firm’s yearly client satisfaction scores achieved three times the industry average.
