DS&B, Ltd. (Minneapolis) Announces the Promotion of Elaine Nelson, CPA, to Principal

DS+B is pleased to announce the promotion of Elaine Nelson, CPA as its newest Principal.
Elaine has been with DS+B for three years, serving previously as Audit Director. In her time in this role, she has been a trailblazing and accessible leader, always willing to make time for her team and whole-heartedly invested in their professional development. The promotion to Principal is not only a recognition of appreciation by the clients she serves directly, but also an important addition to our expanding team of extraordinary leaders that will serve the needs of growing businesses today, and tomorrow. Her promotion will take effect February 2020, making her one of three women to serve as partner.
In her three years at DS+B, she has shown a rare talent in recruiting and developing exceptional professionals in a manner that aligns their strengths to each client service engagement.

About Elaine Nelson
Elaine Nelson has 10+ years of public accounting experience driving proactive solutions for both public and privately-held clients. She provides accounting insight and practical recommendations to company leaders on ways to improve their business processes and financial reporting. In addition, Elaine has been an Associate Director of Corporate Accounting while working at the largest company in Minnesota. Elaine completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Winona State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
