Rafael Mateo – Audit Manager

Bachelor of Accounting, with a master's degree in Financial Administration; more than 18 years of experience in external auditing, including more than 7 years as audit manager in a Big 4 accounting firm. He holds diplomas and courses in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Standards on Auditing (ISA), among others.

Geraldin J. Frias -TPA Manager

Bachelor of Accounting, specializing in Corporate Taxes, Budget, Profit Planning, Human Talent Management, and Leadership, with a Master's in Financial Administration.  During her professional career, she has managed to accumulate uninterrupted experience of more than 12 years in the different areas of Finance, Accounting, Administration and Human Resources. Through her career, she held managerial positions for well-known companies in the commercial sector and free zones.

Alba Vasquez - Transfer Price Department Sub-Manager

Bachelor of accounting and auditing with more than 5 years of experience in the area of Transfer Pricing and Tax. She has studies and specializations in Project Management and Leadership. Throughout her professional career, she has held positions in  international firms that are part of the “Big Four”.

She has more than 5 years of experience in external financial audit and implementation of agreed accounting procedures. Her practice is concentrated in the area of services, tourism and hydrocarbons. She graduated magna cum laude in accounting with specializations in International Auditing Standards (NIA) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) 

Johanny Fabal Alba is our new Senior Auditor I

With more than 7 years in the area of external financial auditing. Her practice is concentrated in the agricultural and services area.  She graduated in accounting with specializations in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).  

Jonathan Baez is our new Senior Auditor I

He has more than 5 years of experience in accounting and taxes;  his practice is concentrated in the area of services and  tourism. He graduated cum laude in accounting, pursuing a master's degree in Senior Management with specializations in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
