Nisivoccia LLP is pleased to announce that effective January 2020, Man Lee, CPA, RMA, PSA and Raymond A. Sarinelli, CPA, RMA, PSA were admitted as Partners in the firm. In addition, Ryan Hynson, CPA, Andrew Kucinski, CPA, PSA, RMA and Mike Smith, CPA were promoted to the position of Principal.
Man Lee, CPA, RMA, PSA, Partner
Man joined the firm 17 years ago as a member of the Governmental Entity Group and has successfully rose through the firm from staff accountant to partner. She specializes in performing audits for county and municipal governments, school districts, fire districts and authorities, as well as federal and state grants. She is a frequent industry speaker on topics such as “How to Prepare for Your Audit”, “Understanding the Board Secretary Report” and “Accounting for Capital and Construction Projects.” Man is a board member for the Northern Jersey American Red Cross organization where she helps coordinate the Adopt a Unit Program, sending "Comfort of Home" packages to military members serving overseas and at home. Man holds a BS in Accounting as well as an MBA from the University of Scranton. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, Public School Accountant and Registered Municipal Accountant in the State of New Jersey.
Raymond A. Sarinelli, CPA, RMA, PSA, Partner
Raymond, a member of the Governmental Entity Group, joined the firm as an intern in 2005. Through the years, Raymond has developed an expertise in planning, reviewing and executing audits with a concentration in budget and tax planning. His clients include school districts, municipalities, counties and other governmental entities. Raymond has spent his career becoming an expert in budget planning, as it relates to both the tax levy and appropriation caps, as well as fund balance. Most recently he presented "Preparing and Planning for Your 2020 Budget." Raymond spends time outside of work volunteering at Divine Mercy Academy, where his children attend school. Raymond holds a BS in Accounting from The College of New Jersey. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, Public School Accountant and Registered Municipal Accountant in the state of New Jersey. Raymond is also Series 7, Series 66 and Life and Health Insurance licensed.
Ryan Hynson, CPA, Principal
In 2007, Ryan began his career as an intern with Nisivoccia in the audit department. Ryan has expertise in providing accounting and audit services to our profit and not-for-profit clients with a specialization in performing Single and Housing Urban Development (HUD) audits. He is a member of the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Group. Ryan was recently awarded the "Rising Star Award" by the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce, being recognized as an emerging leader whose achievements reflect exceptional growth in his profession, increased levels of leadership and responsibility, and high potential for future impact. Ryan received his BA in Sociology with a minor in Accounting from Bloomsburg University before continuing his education at Fairleigh Dickinson University, receiving a MS degree in Accounting. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey.
Andrew Kucinski, CPA, PSA, RMA, Principal
Andrew joined the firm 12 years ago as a member of our Governmental Entity Group. He specializes in providing accounting, audit, budget and planning services to our municipalities, counties and school districts clients. Andrew is a member of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce and the Somerset Business Partnership. Andrew holds a BS and MS in Accounting from Farleigh Dickinson University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, Public School Accountant and Registered Municipal Accountant in the State of New Jersey.
Mike Smith, CPA, Principal
Mike began his career as an intern with the firm in 2006. As a member of the Audit Department, Mike specializes in providing accounting and audit services for both profit and not-for-profit clients. He is also well-versed in the specialized set of regulations that apply to New Jersey Private Schools for Students with Disabilities as well as audits of employee benefit plans. Mike is a member of the Jefferson Township Chamber of Commerce. He holds a BS in Financial Accounting from Virginia Tech and an MBA in Accounting from William Paterson University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey.
