Nisivoccia LLP is pleased to announce that effective January 2021, Glenn Schwier, CPA, J.D. and Christabel Valladares, CPA, PSA, CITP were admitted as Partners in the firm. In addition, Brian Ko, CPA, RMA, PSA and Caitlin Jannucci, CPA, RMA and PSA were promoted to Manager while Nate Evans was promoted to Supervising Senior.

Glenn Schwier, CPA, J.D.

Glenn specializes in personal tax matters including estates, trusts, individual income tax, expatriates, and foreign asset reporting. He also oversees our international business tax practice. Glenn is a member of the bar in New Jersey and New York State.  Glenn is a frequent lecturer and advisor for business organizations and professional services firms on a wide range of tax planning topics including The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act law, business efficiency, and tax planning. He also hosts the firm’s tax seminar program for practicing attorneys.

Christabel Valladares, CPA, PSA, CITP

Christabel specializes in providing accounting and audit services, as well as business consulting services for both our profit and not-for-profit clients.  In addition, Christabel services clients in the real estate and family business segments and has a specialty in conducting audit and reviews of employee benefit plans. She is the firm leader on performing Service Organization Controls (SOC) audits and internal control attestation engagements. Christabel is a member of the firm’s quality control team and helps oversee the firm’s peer review process.

Brian, Caitlin and Nate are all members of the firm’s Governmental Entity Group where they specialize in performing audits for our county and municipal government, school district and special authority clients.
