Watkins Uiberall, PLLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Leslie D. Williams, CPA to Principal in the firm's tax department. Leslie’s leadership as a Principal enables the firm to maintain strong client relationships, provide solutions to clients’ needs, and deliver the highest level of customer service.  Leslie provides tax planning, preparation and consulting services. Leslie works with a diverse client base including corporations, partnerships, high-net-worth individuals, trusts and non-profit organizations. She has dedicated 11 years to the firm and is an alumna of Harding University.

The firm is also proud to announce that Karen S. Gondan, CPA has joined the Firm as a Principal in the attest/assurance service group. Karen brings over 30 years of experience and expertise to the senior management team and is an enthusiastic leader with strong technical skills in financial reporting, auditing and regulatory compliance. She serves clients in the governmental, not-for-profit and employee benefit plan practice areas as well as audits of commercial entities with a specialty in contractors.

Each of the Members of Watkins Uiberall share the common traits of professionalism and unquestionable integrity and Clark certainly embodies these characteristics. Clark specializes in the audit of community banks, governmental and non-profit organizations, and privately owned businesses. He serves as Director of our assurance services group. Clark has been with the firm since 2008 and obtained his undergraduate and master’s degree from The University of Mississippi.
